1. The Brief:
We work with you to discuss the project and your needs to ensure that the interior design is tailored to your requirements. We’ll walk you through all the options available, taking care to understand exactly what the client wants and expects from the project. We will also detail the interior design work’s budget, schedule, and timeline.
2. Design and Details:
During this exciting phase we develop an initial concept for the design, considering the initial brief. Our interior architecture team will convert the concept into a visual design incorporating the layout, lighting design, joinery, kitchen and bathroom designs. Our FF/E design team will work on the design of soft furnishings, furniture, fabric schemes, and artwork selection to complete the specification. Our team will create technical drawings to the finished specification and tender information. The detailed design will then be presented to you to ensure the project meets your requirements at this stage.
3. Procurements:
We recognise the importance of selecting high-quality materials, which is why we work with reliable suppliers to provide products that meet our exacting standards. Furthermore, we source only premium-grade goods from reputable manufacturers, ensuring the project comes together seamlessly.
4. Realisation:
Our team will safely and professionally manage all aspects of the project to ensure design implementation. We regularly carry out site visits and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure our design and specifications are being met, and the project is progressing as planned. We ensure quality control as the project progresses. We are in contact with you throughout the process and work closely to ensure that deadlines are met, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
